Make sure your designer reviews our art guidelines as they differ from traditional print guidelines. Don't have a designer? No problem! Our design services are an available option when you place your order online and are charged at standard industry rates. Please allow additional production time for design services.
Add items to your shipping cart and check out. Available ship methods and prices are calculated during the check out process. To check shipping rates before you order just add items to your cart then view your cart and you will find a shipping rate calculator. Multi package and large shipments will require the help of our customer service department to provide you with the most economical ship method. We will contact you with rate options after checkout or just give us a call to receive shipping rates before you place your order.
You can upload your graphic files at checkout or at a later time by visiting the Artwork Upload link at the top of our website.
Your order order will be reviewed by a graphic specialist who will generate a digital proof for your review and approval. Proof approval is required before production can begin. Please allow 24 hours after art upload to receive your e-proof. If you order a hard proofs please add an addional 2-3 working days to production time.
Your order will enter production the day after proof approval. Product production times are located on each of our product order pages. Please keep in mind that production time does not include proof or ship time.
Once produced your order is inspected, packed and shipped. We will provide package tracking information to the email address provided on your online order..
